Werdegang bei G&O:
Nach Abschluss meiner Diplomarbeit bei G&O bin ich im Oktober 1996 als Projekt-Ingenieur bei G&O angefangen. Ab 2001 leite ich Projekte bei G&O verstärkt im Bereich Systemintegration, Industrial-IT, MES etc., von 2005 bis 2009 habe ich den Geschäftsbereich Industrial-IT geleitet. Ab 2009 bin ich Geschäftsführer und Teilhaber bei G&O mit Schwerpunkt Industrial-IT und Systemintegration (2009-2012 weiterhin Abteilungsleitung). Seit 2018 verantworte ich die Bereiche Finanzen, HR, Strategie, Sales und Marketing (und wenn man mich lässt, leite ich auch noch Projekte im Bereich Industrial-IT).

Warum ich geworden bin, was ich heute bin …:
Mich hat immer interessiert zu erfahren, wie etwas (technisch) entsteht. Teil von Produktionsprozessen zu sein und diese durch Elektrotechnik und Software smarter zu machen, reizt mich. Gleichzeitig hat es mich immer fasziniert, eigene Ideen umzusetzen und möglichst viele Freiheiten dafür zu haben. Dass mit diesen Freiheiten ein hohes Maß an (Eigen-) Verantwortung einher geht, war mir immer bewusst, dem stelle ich mich gerne.

Werdegang bei G&O:
Nach Abschluss meiner Diplomarbeit bei Daimler in Bremen wechselte ich 2008 als Programmierer in die Industrial-IT Sparte bei G&O, wo ich meine erste Berufserfahrung in überregionalen und internationalen Projekten machen konnte. Die Übernahme von Projektverantwortlichkeiten erfolgte in diesem Zeitraum fließend. Im Jahr 2012 übernahm ich die Leitung der Industrial IT Abteilung von Jörn und habe dort neben dem eigentlichen Projektmanagement das Thema MES Lösungen gemeinsam mit unserem Softwarepartner Wonderware/AVEVA getrieben.
Seit 2018 bin ich neben Jörn teilhabender Geschäftsführer, betreue aber nach wie vor auch noch Projekte und Kunden mit dem Themenschwerpunkt MES.

Warum ich geworden bin, was ich heute bin …:
Mir war es von Beginn an wichtig, einen abwechslungsreichen Berufsalltag zu haben. Dieser wurde mir vom Start weg bei G&O geboten. Bereits in meinem ersten Jahr konnte ich in Projekten für unterschiedliche Kunden in verschiedenen Industriezweigen tätig sein.
Dadurch reifte in mir sehr schnell die Entscheidung meine Zukunft langfristig bei G&O zu sehen.

Martin Reinert

Werdegang bei G&O:
Nach Abschluss meiner Diplomarbeit bei System-Elektronik in Bremen wechselte ich 1993 in die Projekt Sparte bei G&O, wo ich meine erste Berufserfahrung in regionalen und überregionalen Projekten machen konnte. Im Jahr 1995 übernahm ich den technischen Einkauf und in den Folgejahren die Lager- und Werkstattleitung, weiterhin Projektverantwortung, sowie die Vorprojektierung und Angebotserstellung im Bereich Schaltanlagen.

Warum ich geworden bin, was ich heute bin…:
Bereits der zweite Bildungsweg und das anschließende Studium war eine Entscheidung einen Beruf mit breit gefächertem Aufgabengebiet und ständig wechselnden Anforderungen anzustreben.
Dieses und mehr habe ich bei G&O gefunden und das hat mich bereits fast 30 Jahre im Unternehmen gehalten.

Bernd Lustermann

Industrielle Elektroinstallation

Ausbildung:
Nach der Berufsausbildung Studium mit Abschluss als Dipl.-Ing Elektrotechnik mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierungstechnik an der FHO Emden

Werdegang:
Nach dem Studium habe ich zwei Jahre im Anlagenbau für Fördertechnik SPS Programme erstellt und habe die Anlagen inbetriebgesetzt. Dann war ich 13 Jahre im Maschinenbau für Druckweiterverarbeitung in der Elektroentwicklung tätig. Neben der Programmierung der Maschinensteuerung war ich auch für die Realisierung der Antriebslösungen zuständig. Seit Ende 2013 bei G&O als Projektleiter und SPS Programmierer in großen und kleinen Projekten tätig. Seit April 2020 zusätzlich verantwortlich für den Bereich der Elektroinstallation.

Ich versuche mit dem Kunden die passende Lösung für sein Automatisierungsprojekt zu finden und das Projekt bis zur Fertigstellung zu betreuen.

Oliver Osmers

Teamleiter Ausbildung

Geboren : 24.7.1967
Familienstand : geschieden, ein Kind

Ausbildung:
Schulzentrum Achim, Sekundarabschluß I (mittlere Reife), Ausbildung zum Elektriker mit autodidaktischer Arbeit (beginnend am IBM-PC XT)

Werdegang bei G&O:
Nach dem Zivildienst bei G&O begonnen. Netzwerktechnik, Projektarbeiten Automatisierung und Computertechnik. Im Jahr 2013 Ausbildereignungsprüfung abgelegt und mit der Ausbildung Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung begonnen. Ab 2018 Mitglied im Prüfungsausschluss der IHK-Stade (Verden).

Warum ich geworden bin, was ich heute bin …:
Ich war fasziniert von der Computertechnik und den Möglichkeiten, damals wie heute. Ich habe auch heute noch das Funkeln in den Augen, wenn ein Vorhaben (beispielsweise Programmerstellung) genauso funktioniert wie es geplant war. Da gibt Zufriedenheit und macht Lust auf mehr Projektvorhaben.

Career at G&O:
After completing my diploma thesis at G&O, I started working as a project engineer at G&O in October 1996. From 2001 I was leading projects at G&O, increasingly in the areas of system integration, industrial IT, MES etc. From 2005 to 2009 I was in charge of the industrial IT division. From 2009 I am managing director and partner at G&O with a focus on industrial IT and system integration (2009-2012 still head of department). Since 2018 I have been responsible for finance, HR, strategy, sales and marketing (and if you let me, I also manage projects in the field of industrial IT).

Why I became what I am today…:
I’ve always been interested in finding out how something (technically) comes about. Being part of production processes and making them smarter through electrical engineering and software appeals to me. At the same time, it has always fascinated me to implement my own ideas and to have as much freedom as possible for them. I was always aware that this freedom comes with a high degree of (personal) responsibility, and I am happy to face it.

Career at G&O:
After completing my diploma thesis at Daimler in Bremen, I switched to the industrial IT division at G&O in 2008 as a programmer, where I was able to gain my first professional experience in national and international projects. The assumption of project responsibilities was fluent during this period. In 2012, I took over the management of the Industrial IT department from Jörn and, in addition to the actual project management, I was responsible for the topic of MES solutions together with our software partner Wonderware/AVEVA.
I have been a managing director alongside Jörn since 2018, but I still look after projects and customers with a focus on MES.

Why I became what I am today…:
It was important to me from the start to have a varied working day. This was offered to me right from the start at G&O. Already in my first year I was able to work on projects for different customers in different branches of industry.
As a result, I quickly made the decision to see my future at G&O in the long term.

Martin Reinert

Career at G&O:
After completing my diploma thesis at System-Electronics in Bremen, I switched to the project division at G&O in 1993, where I was able to gain my first professional experience in regional and national projects. In 1995 I took over the technical purchasing and in the following years the management of the warehouse and workshop, continued project responsibility, as well as the pre-project planning and preparation of offers in the area of switchgear.

Why I became what I am today…:
Already the second educational path and the subsequent studies was a decision to strive for a profession with a wide range of tasks and constantly changing requirements.
I found this and more at G&O and that has kept me in the company for almost 30 years.

Bernd Lusterman

Industrial electrical installation

Training:
After vocational training, he studied electrical engineering with a focus on automation technology at the FHO Emden

Career:
After graduating, I spent two years in plant construction for conveyor technology creating PLC programs and putting the systems into operation. Then I worked for 13 years in mechanical engineering for print finishing in electrical development. In addition to programming the machine controls, I was also responsible for implementing the drive solutions. Working at G&O since the end of 2013 as a project manager and PLC programmer in large and small projects. Since April 2020 also responsible for the area of electrical installation.

I try to find the right solution for the customer’s automation project with the customer and oversee the project through to completion.

Oliver Osmers

Team leader training

Born : 24.7.1967
Marital status : divorced, one child

Training:
School center Achim, secondary qualification I (intermediate level), training as an electrician with self-taught work (starting with the IBM-PC XT)

Career at G&O:
Started at G&O after community service. Network technology, project work automation and computer technology. Passed the trainer aptitude test in 2013 and started training as an IT specialist for application development. From 2018 member of the examination board of the IHK-Stade (Verden).

Why I became what I am today …:
I was fascinated by computer technology and the possibilities, then as now. I still have that sparkle in my eyes when a project (e.g. program creation) works exactly as it was planned. It gives satisfaction and makes you want to do more projects.
