Our training includes:

• IT Systems Planning and Organizing
• Fields of application and development trends
• Install and configure IT systems
• Programming techniques (analysis and design)
• Program creation and program documentation
• Testing/testing procedures and commissioning
• From conception and implementation/operation and documentation of IT systems, adaptation and optimization of existing systems, interface and library programming, project support from customer acquisition to customer acceptance.

What personal strengths are helpful:

• Fun and pleasure in communication (planning & organizing, consulting)
• Enjoyment of analytical thinking and abstract reasoning (fields of application, development trends, programming techniques)
• Fun with services, tinkering (installing and configuring IT systems)
• Enjoyment of action planning, perseverance, precision (program creation and documentation creation, testing, commissioning)

What we want from you:

• Affinity (the spark) for automation and IT systems
• A good school graduation certificate from a secondary school (especially mathematics, German & English) or entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife/Abitur)
• A high willingness to learn and perform
• Ability to work in a team
• Interest in the job description and in technical systems
• Willingness to continuously improve and expand your skill set
• Strong communication skills, analytical approach, as well as reliability complete the profile
